One of my pet peeves is being asked to give a tip. I had not been served yet. I was just paying for the coffee first. Further, why would I give a tip? They did not seat me at a table. They did not bring me a menu, they did not bring my food to my table. To top it off, the coffee was lukewarm.

Very rude people that don't know how to run a coffee shop. Two blonde ladies on morning shift always suck. They will also make your order wrong every time this is like the eighth time they've made my order wrong. Nice! I edit it every time
I think the staff are absolutely amazing. You guys do such a wonderful job. Your attitudes are always great. I watched you deal with a lot of chaos yesterday and I commend you for your response and how you handled yourselves. Keep being an amazing crew. Continue to carry the smiles that you do and don’t allow others to take that from you. You guys do a wonderful job. I come there daily and never have an issue and if I do, it is easily fixed with the upmost respect and I appreciate you all for it.
Great to have in the neighborhood. But it is very small, in a parking lot and easy to miss and drive by unless you are looking for it.
