I go here all the time and the service and drinks here are great. Very nice people and very fast and efficient.
The service at this location is the worst. Many of the staff are rude. If the coffee is made incorrectly they make it your fault. I ordered an iced latte, they made it hot. I reminded them it was iced and they took it back added ice and handed it to me. When I asked them if they had just added ice to the hot drink that they claimed they hadn't, after one taste I knew they had. So not only are they rude, but they are also dishonest.This location is the nearest to my home, however I will not be coming here anymore.
Terrible customer service! I enjoy the coffee at this location and actually go out of my way to come to this location, but after the experiences I've had personally with the shift supervisor and stories I've heard from friends, I don't think I'll ever come back. Anytime I've had a question or Issue about an order or drink I'm made to feel so uncomfortable, to the point where I end up just going somewhere else.
