This location does a great job! My brother and I stop by here frequently when we're craving Biggby and they make our order perfect every time. Thanks y'all for being consistent and quick!
This is only a small drive thru location and I love the quickness and convenience of it but is not a go in and sit down location
A couple days ago I asked for the maple waffle sandwich, explicitly WITHOUT the egg and they put an egg on. Then today I asked for the same thing, a maple waffle sandwich with no egg and STILL they put a damn egg on.
Very disappointing
Ive been a Biggby barista for years so I almost always know what I want and how it should look and taste. With that being said, the reason being... Per proper training and corporate rules along with a multitude of repetitive signage hung inside every franchise (per corporate orders) I shouldn't be told multiple times that "we eye ball it" when I can visibly see my 24oz triple play is lacking mango.
