There were several things wrong with my visit to the Greenwood Biggby location. First, the service was very slow and unfriendly. It took at least 15 minutes between my arrival and exit to get through the line. The cashier was not friendly or helpful. I got the maple waffle bacon egg and cheese sandwich, which came out with no egg. The cold foam on my sweet foam cold brew was grainy. I’m disappointed with this location. Wonderful 🍁 I had been listening to music for Charlie Puth and he returned from BIGBY as well.
Came through here last week with my daughter and sister in law... ordered a frozen creme freeze and a water. I was charged $2.50 for a cup of WATER. Absolutely ridiculous to be charged that much for WATER. That's how much some Sodas cost at restaurants... most places typically do not charge for cups of water because its typically complimentary... very disappointing. If you MUST charge for a cup of water, the most it should be is $1.00.
Prices are extremely high for what is offered. The egg and cheese on our breakfast sandwiches were ice cold.
