This is the Biggby Super Location!!!!! Kayla is the most amazing !! Even just a short time in the drive through, she stole my heart and highest coffee rating!!!!
Everytime my lady and I go to this specific Biggby one of our orders gets messed up. It hasnt happened once or twice but repeatedly when we go to this location.

We just left the biggby in Cadillac at 3:25 on Thursday July 24th & left there WITHOUT getting coffee!!! We were going to get iced coffees & the drive through attendant said they only had 20oz. cups. I asked if they could just use the hot 24oz. cups, to which she said, no, I don't think so. This is the problem with this generation, they can't think outside the box, or find solutions to problems. Had a bad experience at Tim Hortons across the street and came here. The employees were so nice and patient. If you have anxiety ordering, you should come here. I was surprised that they weren’t busy considering with how crowded and stressful Tim Hortons was. The caramel cold brew was great!
