Seems like every other time I come here they’re not serving bagels or they say they’re out of something. They really should just take it off the menu if it’s such an inconvenience for them. Extremely frustrating especially considering you have to wait in line for pretty long before you’re even told
Very quiet and calm environment, went when there was 2 young ladies working and both were very sweet and quick! We will definitely be going back here when ever we can

I just spent over $30 on two drinks and two bagels (their prices have gone up!). When I asked if they had a rewards program after I sat at the window for 5 minutes before being greeted, they of course said they did (I used to have one but it's been months since I've been in). So, I asked if I could get the points for my order today. The woman said "it's a little too late for that" and I said that I wish she would have mentioned it before taking my card and then she proceeded to tell me that that "it's not her responsibility"... read more
