Honestly can't, in good conscience, continue to support this location. There are a couple ladies there who make it a great place to visit but consistently lately the quality had been subpar. I took a break from going there after my second to last visit: I ordered online as I usually do and when I got there, my drink was finished but my bragel wasn't. I just came through the drive thru. I was balling/crying from personal situation. I tried to hide it but the baristas noticed. They handed me a cake pop, a note that said “You’re loved”.. and it’s just what I needed from my favorite sport and favorite baristas. I know I come through the drive thru looking a mess but they always welcome me with a smile. This company has brought me joy in so many ways when i’m just hanging on. Thank you so much to your employees and business. ❤️❤️
There coffee is good I haven't tried there food yet And the atmosphere is just window and drive thru with also a walk up window to get your food and drinks
Went to Biggby today and had a really frustrating experience. I was told they could break a $100 bill if my total was over $50, so I ordered accordingly. When it came time to pay, the employee checked my bill, then still refused to accept it, saying they don’t take $100s. The inconsistency was the issue more than anything. If there’s a policy, that’s totally fine but it should be clearly communicated from the start so customers aren’t put in that position. Definitely disappointed.
