I really enjoy the wide variety of drinks they serve here, and I appreciate all the allergen info they have online because I have a dairy allergy. My favorites are their matcha lattes and the Mango Blood Orange Creme Freeze (hold the dairy) :) The baristas are so friendly and personable at this location! They've checked to make sure I like my drink and even offered to remake it if there were any issues.
I was running late to pick up my drink and when I got there it looked a bit watered down and they said they could re make it without us even asking. I was so grateful.
I like the coffee, and today is my second time here. I'd like to say that the best service is in the afternoon; I don't think they're very friendly in the morning.
Came here today after an apartment tour nearby. Shoutout to Camden, Olivia and Daisy. They were awesome and they all had smiles on their faces. I usually get a frozen Caramel Marvel when I go to Biggby, and it was amazing as always. I absolutely LOVE Biggby and you have a forever customer in me.
