I am not a person to review by any means but the consistency of this location to not get my order correct has led me here. I am a college student and I have ordered the exact same drink every time I have gone to this location, they not only haven’t gotten my order correct once but the lack of communication on what is confusing is the overall reason why nothing is done correctly. I came to the drive-through and got a bagel and a mocha mocha drink, and it was the most fastest tasting bagel in the worst drink. I’ve possibly ever had came back in to get it fixed, and the manager was super rude. Some Indian dude named parth
Terrible. If you enjoy Biggby coffee and menu items, go to another location.
Sloooooooooowwwwwwwwww. The lady making the coffee needs to go, she’s slow and rude. ***Update*** adding more people behind to e counter does not make a difference if the speed of service is the same.
Not only did I receive the wrong drink a mocha mocha latte but a hot chocolate! I couldn’t drink it for 15 min because it was so hot I burnt half my tongue. Will be going to the one in bethel from now on.
