The workers are so friendly and the drinks are great!!
Everything was good until on December 26th I went up to the window got my usual Teddy bear and the cashier that day gave me the wrong gift card back. It was a $50 visa gift card they gave me another person’s empty $75 gift card back

I ordered a basic black small coffee and breakfast sandwich. Coffee was lukewarm, and that’s pushing it. Most people like hot coffee. All for $10. Breakfast sandwich was dead cold in the middle. Workers seemed frazzled and out of place. Almost a lost look on their face. Won’t come back, unfortunately. I do like bigby but this location really put a rough start to my day.
To be asked every single time if you wanna tip is so unprofessional! I actually love tipping! but to be asked! for it to be expected! NOT OK!!!!!! one their not waitressing they don’t live off their tips! they expect it and they give you a bad attitude if you say no which now i shall be saying no everytime. also can we get the right lids for the cold foams plz!!!!!!!!
