This place is a drive thru not a restaurant
I started to know the last couple mornings to get coffee and a bagel. When I pulled up to the drive-thru this morning I asked the young lady on the speaker what her favorite coffee was that I wanted that as an iced coffee. They have so many different options that it is very hard to choose from. I explained to her that I like to ask whoever is working the drive-thru what their favorite coffee is because if not I'm just going to get what I normally get. Expecting a tip on a $6 sandwich at a drive-thru is ridiculous. It is not a full-service experience, and after a long wait in line, being prompted for a tip at the window just feels like unnecessary pressure.
