This man is absolutely insane and should not be able to work in a coffee shop. My first experience at a BIGGBY in Chicago was ruined by his nasty attitude towards me. Literally screaming at me to go sit down like an animal. Who raised this man ? I placed two orders online & he completely forgot to make one. I arrived to the store 15 minutes after I placed my order because I was on my way to work & he tried to tell me he never got both orders. Love the coffee! Went there several times and was surprised they were closed on 24Arp24. Hope it's not permanent
Iced lattes are absolutely delicious and service is personable and detailed. I’d rather drive an extra 10 minutes for this coffee rather than stopping at a chain like Starbucks or Dunkin’. The breakfast sandwich bagels are fresh and flavorful.
