I’m officially done with Biggby Coffee on Apple Ave in Muskegon. Don’t waste your time or money here. Every visit is a nightmare—I regularly sit in line for 20–30 minutes just to get two coffees. It’s ridiculous and completely unacceptable. The coffee itself might be decent, but it’s absolutely not worth the absurd wait. On top of that, the place looks neglected and shabby. None of my drinks were correct and I requested to have my sandwich cut in half and I suppose that was too hard for them. Same with putting whipped cream on my other drink. I suppose I’ll go to Starbucks from now on.
hey, just to let you guys know you guys don’t close at 8:55 PM! When I come through the drive-through at that time, you guys should still be able to serve me!
I don't go here often, but when I do, it's guaranteed slow service. At least 20 minute wait in the drive through, and if you think you'll cut the line by going inside, you'd be wrong. I also think the drinks are overly sweet.
Coffee tasted watered down. Chia tea tastes like warm milk with no chia.
