My friends and I were so excited when we heard about about that new cherry sakura redbull cream freeze and mocktail, I am so disappointed my cream freeze wasn’t even a cream freeze it was just ice blended together with a hint of redbull and a bit of color. I went up and asked for my drink to be re made, worst part is they didn’t even use the right redbull and it wasn’t any better than the first. Piece of advice, just buy ur own redbull from the store and make it at home, trust me it’ll taste wayyy better!
Waited like 20 minutes in line all for them to not take the T-mobile Tuesday coupon. I find it hard to believe that t-mobile would give out bad coupons with how popular t-mobile Tuesday is. Seems more like a lack of communication from upper management to me. While the wait is unfortunately just the norm for this location it’s extra frustrating when you don’t get the deal you were anticipating.
I was honestly really frustrated with my experience at Biggby today. I waited just over 25 minutes in the drive-thru with only two cars in front of me, and it was for one drink. That’s way longer than it should take. When I finally got to the window, no one even acknowledged me for about four minutes. I could literally see my drink sitting on the counter ready, but the employees were talking to each other and working on the computer instead of handing it to me. This has literally got to be the slowest coffee shop in the nation. I’ve been here multiple times and the least amount of time you wait is 10 minutes when there’s two cars in line usually wait 20 to 30 minutes when there’s two cars in line to get one coffee. I don’t understand how it can be so slow when you have at least 3 to 4 people working at one time.
