Very inconsistent service. They are always friendly, but they can't seem to handle the morning rush. I waited for almost 20 minutes in the drive thru this morning! If you want quick coffee don't come here during the 8-9am rush, go somewhere else!
I'd had a really bad day at work and was grabbing a quick latte on my way to a meeting that I knew wasn't going to go very well so, needless to say, my mood was not very good. The barista that was working the drive through on 8/22/17 (I didn't catch his name) told me a couple of lame jokes and he seriously made my day. It's always a gamble as to how long the drive thru is going to take even when you're the second/third car in line at this particular location. Today unfortunately was one of the worst yet- service was SO SLLLLLLLOOOOWWW. Waiting over 10 minutes with only two cars in line and one car parked out front, makes me second guess ever stopping at this location again.

A little slow but the workers are always nice! My orders have always been correct and delicious!
I ordered frozen drinks and even though I was in a hurry. I realize after I left that I was probably rude and I ordered a drink that would take the longest to prepare, however the ladies dealt with me with a smile and professionalism even in the face of an impatient and ungrateful customer. Thank you ladies for dealing with my irrational behavior and being self absorbed with courtesy and understanding. The drinks were delicious and hit the spot.
Go here like 1-2 Time every other week.. Order the same thing everytime and had no problems!
