Love the kids that work there, all so nice. The different varieties of lattes make it so you can try something new, and not get bored with one drink, and they always make them taste great!

For the 3rd time in a few months I stopped in for the flavored brewed coffee of the day--and for the third time they were out. They offered to make more but I wasn't in a position where I could wait. The first time the staff couldn't figure out how do do a refund so I just left. The last two times they seemed inconvenienced when I asked for a refund. There were 5 staff people and no one seemed on top of checking the carafes to see if they needed to be refilled. Very disappointed.

Delicious beverages. Friendly, staff. Superb customer service. I come from Novi, several times a week to get my favorite latte "Butterbear". I love this place❣
Favorite place the entire staff is awesome and it’s always clean.
