Had to deliver a doordash and it was out right on time made by keanna!
I had an amazing time. The service was excellent, and one barista in particular, Jullianna, was incredibly sweet. She was very helpful and informative about the menu, which made the experience even better. I would definitely visit again in the future.
I came in on a road trip super frazzled because nothing on my trip was going right, the barista Joss with the curly hair and glasses seemed to be able to tell I was upset and was super friendly and patient with me! I left the place in a much better mood after this interaction and will definitely try to stop in again next time I’m in Grand Haven!
i was visiting from out of state and had never been to a biggby before, joss had very good recommendations! they were very sweet our entire interaction and even complimented my jewelry! i will definitely be coming back when im in town again!
