I don’t recommend this place if you want to get an ice matcha it tasted like coconut water or who knows it was.
The first initial experience was being redirected to a service counter, the store felt backwards, the young woman behind the counter was not customer based at all and wouldn't even make eye contact with any of the customers including myself. I went to order my drink and was cut off in the middle of my order during this rude transaction. Ordered bigby online at 11:27, was told my order was ready at 11:41. It is now 12:08 and I’ve been sitting in the drive thru since 11:41. I’m sure the drinks will be cold at this point, I’ve also shut my vehicle off because I have not moved in line. Wasted money on coffee, can’t afford to waste my gas sitting here too. Finally got my coffee, the Carmel marvel I ordered for my wife is as cold and my cold brew. We will be going to spring lake from now on.
