I hate to be like this but I placed a mobile order for a sandwich and a coffee . Got home realized the coffee was iced even though I had ordered it hot, no big deal. I open up my sandwich and find just a biscuit and nothing on it. NOT cool for a first time ordering from this joint. I don’t know how you messed something so simple up when there were like three people in the drive thru.
Our drinks were great. Customer service was ehh. The only time to say anything to me was at the register. I kinda felt like a third wheel.
Such a great experience everytime we walk in the door! All of our drinks are made to order and treated with care. The staff is very helpful and understanding, with the dedicated guidance of the best manager I have ever seen.
Jose is the greatest person I’ve ever met. She manages that team like a queen!!!!!! I’ve never seen anyone lead as well as she does.
