I was the only one in line and had to wait over 15 minutes for service. I had to get a refund because I would of been late to my job. Apparently if you’re in the drive thru, you get helped first. Another worker was only doing register too. They need to cross train for faster service. I am not happy!

I've been buying my girlfriend and myself each a $1.99 iced coffee + $0.50 flavor shot all summer long. Every time the total is $5 + tax. Today, ordered the same as usual and somehow the price jumped to $7.92.. When I asked the girl at the drive thru if the price changed on ice coffee and she said no. So I then questioned the price being wrong and she said it wasn't. Am I mad over a couple dollars? No. Just thought it was ridiculous that she didn't take a 2nd look at the price because I did get overcharged.
