Service is very slow, waiting in the drive thru for 15 minutes for a hot cider
I ordered the strawberry banana cream the most tasteless frozen drink that I have ever had. Not sure if they just didn't know how to make it or that's the way it tastes But it was definitely a waste of 6 Bucks

The service is INCREDIBLY SLOW!!! I usually drive 5 miles out of my way to the St. John’s Biggby during my one hour commute to work just to avoid Mason! On the rare occasion now that I go to the Mason Biggby it ALWAYS takes forever! Today I order a regular hot tea, it took 15 minutes for me to get a cup of hot water and a tea bag!
Some of the most recent reviews are people complaining about the wait - first, they're lucky as heck that THAT's what grinds their gears, but second, this location just isn't built for the amount of traffic they receive. Doesn't matter the time of day, there's always cars lined up, which is a great sign! It's a convenient location and the staff this summer is better than it has been in honestly years.
