Biggby, in general, seems to have the friendliest staff, but this Westland location really exceeds all expectations. First off, I love that they have a drive thru. This is perfect for hitting on my way to work. All the baristas are super sweet and even though I don't go there every day, they still notice if I order something out of the norm for me. today you guys lost a customer that's been coming to Biggby since it was beaners for refusing to take my coupons because you know the color of the roll out there's no date on the coupon so how can you tell me that it's not good I've never seen a coupon with any other color from Biggby so thank you I'll take my business back to Starbucks they're cheaper anyways
I grew up with Biggby in Ohio and was so very thrilled when it moved into Granger. I know it’s a franchise, so what has been going on with this Biggby is not all of them. The multiple price increases while the prices in the stores I visit in Michigan and my hometown in Ohio stay the same. Then charging for me to get a water with my coffee. Then today I visit for my BOGO Wednesday, only to be told that it is no longer happening and had to pay for 2 drinks, with no notice.
