I ordered a $2 brew coffee and the lady told me it was my free one, she then asked me if I just wanted to wait till next time to use my free one on a more expensive drink (since I had already ordered and paid for the cheaper brew) and of course I said yes. The next time I go in, expecting my free drink to be saved; she tells me she didn't save it and that I have one point, I never received my free coffee for the 12 points I had accumulated. I am a regular and I would've thought they would've tried to make things right
