Trash location. Love this company but won't be back to this location.
Good Lord, fix your parking lot. It's a travesty. You can't order coffee without hitting a pothole and spilling it all over your vehicle, come on .Absolutely love the crew at biggby, I look forward to fresh brewed coffee and smiling faces everyday ,the best biggby out there is on cr 6 in elkhart !!

hi, the lady in front of me got her order taken and got a scratch off coupon after she order because its 30th. i placed my order and the lady that took my order didn't give me the same energy nor did she give me a scratch off coupon. normally i don't make reviews but i definitely don't approve of the customer service that i received. it just doesn't make any sense why all customers don't receive a scratch off coupon or explanation of the events that are going on.
