On January 25, we had two trailer tires replaced here. On February 6, approximately 1,500 miles later, the wheel-end failed and the tires came off while in transit, requiring major roadside repairs. When I contacted the shop, they stated they only take responsibility within 48 hours of service, so no assistance was offered. I’m disappointed with how this was handled and hoped for more accountability. I’m sharing this so other operators can be aware and double-check work after service.
Amazing service, super nice guys, convenient access. Came down from Lamar CO , bunch of scammers tried to sell a trailer tire used for 300$, got one for 365 brand new out the door at this tire shop. Thank you. A pleasure doing business with you
