Olivia at this location is a Poor excuse of customer service. I asked her for a cup of water along with 3 coffee drinks and she said they only offer bottle water for $2.00. I asked Why is that? She said that they don't have filter water only hot water. Really?!?! Okay, can you just put ice in with hot water? I need a cup of water for my dog. She said NO sorry! don’t get me wrong this is one of my favorite locations alot of the day + graveyard baristas are really sweet and listen to what i want, it’s just one person in the morning who doesn’t understand how i want my drink, I can tell her what to add and it’s still not right and constantly has an attitude when i ask her to add things, i wouldn’t be writing this review if it was like once or twice but it’s every time in the morning when i go to this barista/ her side i understand it’s morning but you don’t have to give attitude when... read more
