I visited this BigFoot Java location and had a disappointing experience. The employee handling my order was also handling cash and the register. When preparing my drink, she placed all four fingers inside the rim of my cup. I politely asked if she could wash her hands before finishing the order. She became upset, refused, and I chose not to complete my purchase. As I was leaving, she yelled that she could refuse service and told me to contact her manager, Ana, if I had an issue.
