I love Bigfoot Java and have gone to many locations. This is by far the worst I’ve been to. I asked for light ice and was able to take about eight drinks of my drink before my cup was empty and the entire cup is full of nothing but ice, I also asked for whipped cream which they didn’t put on it, and then rolled their eyes when I asked them to put it on the drink and they had to remake my drink because they put milk in it when I asked for almond milk. The young lady serving us with the big thick eyelashes was not friendly. Greeting at minimum and stood there doing a stare off when we asked a bout the drinks like she was annoyed .we didn’t know what we wanted that’s why we asked about what’s the best drink or most popular. You have to deal with customers and we weren’t being rude if you expect a friendly smile especially to start your day then avoid this big foot Java or just go to the other coffee spots close by like star bucks or gravity. this the ONLY place that makes my drinks right! there’s some girls who are friendly & super nice. while other girls have a attitude never smile just grumpy. if I see them I just avoid them & skip my drink:/ I’d only go if my fav girls are there
