We have been dealing with our yard since we've moved in, back in 2012. It was poorly excavated, if at all, now whenever it rains our yard is completely flooded. They came.out to try to fix the problem the cheap way but it needs to be done right instead of trying to save pennies. We wont be buying a bigelow home again :(
My house was built by Bigelow in 2006 (I bought it in 2010). While I love the layout and features the workmanship is substandard. For example we have leaks under several of our windows and patio doors. There is mold in the walls and ceilings because of this. The sheetrock in the garage had more screws in it than Home Depot (yes, I'm exaggerating, but you don't need 20-30 screws in a 24" radius!!) Would not hire them to build a home for me unless I was able to oversee every step.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND BIGELOW I have built 2 houses now through BIGELOW they have treated my wife and I very well everything we wanted we got didnt have to remind them at all when the inspections were done they emailed them to us over all i would continue to build through bigelow they stand behind the stuff
