We enjoyed building our home with Bigelow. The design process was straight forward, and the people who were a part of it were easy to work with and good communicators. When we had concerns during the build process, Bigelow addressed them with the contractors in a timely manner. We are happy with our new home!

Buyer be aware! "Tradition! Excellence!" Is there motto, like most motto's sounds wonderful. In this case, "Tradition" means straight white couples only.

I’m disappointed in the response to community concern about the lack of maintenance on a weed ravaged pathway in Rochester. Choosing to pay fines from the city rather than mowing and maintaining this path is deliberate neglect and shows that this companies priorities are completely misplaced and they aren’t even hiding it. Imagine getting into business with a company with such little regard for their own community. How embarrassing.
