Poor service they really do not have a clu what they are doing. The receptionist is extremely rude and ignorant. they don't even know their own building codes that they are meant to apply to. just all in all Poor quality.
Over the last 10 years or so had Bigelow install a medium efficiency gas furnace (oil fired was outbound) and most recently had them take out a hot water radiator from the washroom. (in preparation for a renovation). Bert sent a couple of guys to take out the radiator, plus annual service for the furnace plus annual service for my A/C unit. All reasonably priced and the guys were grumpy but seemed honest and hard working. Bert's price was reasonable - charged by the hour for all the above work. Happy to use them again.

OK, here's how it went for me - they said it was a simple 1 day ductwork and gas line job. First day - no show. I had confirmed date and time with 2 people. When I called them to find out when they were coming, the girl on the phone said somebody was supposed to have called me. Another guy on the phone (the owner, I think), tried to explain to me how it was actually my fault. It wasn't. Rescheduled day - arrived late.
