I was with Dr. Westheuser since I was a kid and always liked her. But she retired and in the switch I got missed and not moved along to the next doctor. Instead of an apology for leaving me out to dry with no doctor, not only the front desk lady but also the nurse she transferred me to were patronizing and rude. The first lady just kept telling me she "didnt know" anything but that there was no note on my file that I was called or notified in any way of this.
