i don’t know what her name was, but the receptionist who answered my moms phone call was so rude, and inconsiderate, my mom was just asking a simple question and it was reciprocated with snarkiness and attitude, i know i can speak for myself when i say i will never be coming here.
I have been seeing Dr. Dalphond for years. I have seen her through 3 different clinics. She has been nothing but amazing for me, and has always been so kind and understands that I use humor when I am uncomfortable or anxious with my medical issues. Even if my jokes aren't funny (at all LOL) she still laughs.. which makes me feel more at ease. If she were taking patients, I would recommend her to anyone; and I feel extremely lucky to be her patient!
