Service here is exceptionally awful. I had to wait an hour just for a five-minute check-up. After finally being seen, they gave me paperwork for same-day blood work but wrote the prescribing provider’s name incorrectly, forcing me to come back just to have it fixed. What made the experience worse was the complete lack of accountability. No apology from the staff for the mistake, and the receptionist acted annoyed as though I was inconveniencing them by asking them to correct their own error. Thank you for wasting my time.
