Service here is exceptionally awful. I had to wait an hour just for a five-minute check-up. After finally being seen, they gave me paperwork for same-day blood work but wrote the prescribing provider’s name incorrectly, forcing me to come back just to have it fixed. What made the experience worse was the complete lack of accountability. No apology from the staff for the mistake, and the receptionist acted annoyed as though I was inconveniencing them by asking them to correct their own error. Thank you for wasting my time. I often wondered why this clinic has such awful reviews, I understand why now, my Doctor is Dr. Musk, he informed me during my last visit if I ever have issues with my ear being blocked as this is a yearly issue for me, to come in and say I just need a cleaning, no need to make an appointment for a 5 minute process. I called on a Thursday just as a heads up, whoever I talked to, said “dos tomorrow (Friday) work at 10am, I said sure I’ll be there.
