I’ve been going there for their low price for the past four or five years. But not anymore. Worst customer service ever. The way they talk to customers is totally unacceptable. Highly not recommended.
My car looks clean from afar but I expected wayyy more from this service. They didn't pay attention to "detail" and the pictures clearly show that. Especially after paying an extra $40 because there was dog hair in my car, the results should have been better.
The detail was what I expected for $50 (with a Groupon)...it didn't amaze me, and it wasn't underwhelming. However I got multiple calls throughout the day from the man who detailed my car, saying he'd be waiting for me (even though I indicated I needed to pick my car up after business hours) for his tip, because he "works on tips." It made me very uncomfortable. I barely got to look at the car before I tipped him, and he made it clear that he didn't plan on handing over my key until he received his tip. Not cool.
Horrible! Car smells like dirty water was used for carpet, looked like a regular wash! Elderly men working in the dark. Very impolite
