They were diligent in making the project work around our goals without making it feel "take it or leave it" - very personable management & incredibly skilled labor! Couldn't be happier with the entire process.
We had a great experience with our New (replacement) BIG DECK. They came up with a wonderful plan and were able to get us a larger and much improved beautiful deck. The planning and deck demo and building crew (the A team) were all amazing. All was delivered timely and at a fair price. We are obsessed with our Big new deck!
Spent a couple of years delaying getting our deck done and during that time we had probably around 7-8 different companies come out. Factoring in - Punctual communication - Thorough (and repeated) answering of all of my questions - Willingness to come onsite (opposite side of the metro) - Not pushing me for upsells - Incredibly quick project execution I would recommend Bid Deck 10 times out of 10. Working with the Big Deck team was absolutely fantastic - we are thrilled with the re-decking project they completed for us. Mike was absolutely fantastic to work with, along with Angie who kept us updated from start to finish on the project. Seth and Charlie are true craftsman and completed the deck in no-time. Those two are awesome and deserve special praise for the project. Thank you Big Deck - cant wait to refer you out to friends and family!
