I was contacted by local staffing agency who was hiring for a ************************** Rep position. $19.00/HR + $1k sign on bonus if start on Sept. 7, 2021 in addition, will provide 6 weeks training. I tried to post a review on BigCommerce website regarding a certified developer we found at their site who turn to be a con artist who runs away with our money without working on the site as agreed. BigCommerce promised on their site to post the review in a few days, however, BigCommerce did not post it yet after 3 weeks about this so-called certified developer advertised at their site. We contacted this company to expand on our current "old" site and get a better mobile version that will be easier for our consumer base to use. After hiring their "recommended" partners and given both of them a expected delivery date of 2 weeks, nothing was actually working. Their partners and them kept Assuring us that they are "working on it", but three month later and thousands of dollars spent on developing the site, the site was nothing other than a pretty picture that doesn't really work. Purchased their service, once into it in depth noticing the limitaions we decided against it, spoke with live chat and agreed to refund us seeing as we did not even have the service for 12 hours. 2 days later they back tracked and refused to refund the money. Had to go through my bank and file a dispute which I won. Even after disputing the charge the service is still not cancelled and Iam currently in live chat speaking with them about the issue.

As was explained, the account remains accessible until what would be the following billing date which is 2/1, this does not mean it will be billed again. horrible service and impossible to setup website. supervisor hanged up on me via phone service. unreal.

Multiple support representatives explained that your issue had fully to do with your registrar, Wix, over which we have no control, but you disputed that fact and remained uncooperative with our efforts to assist even after we offered a 3-way call with Wix support.
