The apartments are well kept and maintain. Wonderful and courteous staffs. My only complaint is that some kids are running around doing the Tiktok "ding dong ditch" prank. It's the little kids and preteens going around. I have had my door kicked, pounded on and doorbell going off in the middle of the night. It's happening way too often. I'm getting concern.

The Ville is a decent place. The apartment complexes are well maintained. The maintenance guys are hard working, kind and courteous. They have a new apartment manager Maria & front desk lady Evelyn. Let me tell you these two women are on a power trip. They haven’t work here long enough and are already causing troubles for the tenants. They are both arrogant, condescending, insensitive and has a superiority complex issues. You thought the previous manager was bad but these two are 10x worst in my opinion.
