I wanted to specially come on here and share my honest and extremely NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE with this company. If I could give no stars, I would. I decided to call this company based on all the googles reviews and turns out it was one of the WORST TRADES I have ever dealt with considering I am from this industry. I was really dissapointed with this company. I arranged a time for duct cleaning a week in advance and the techs did not show up. Wasted a day waiting. What is worse is that I contacted the company halfway through the allotted time frame to confirm they were arriving and was told "It is confirmed. A technician is on the way." update: I received a telephone call from the company explaining that the tech who was on the way had fallen of a ladder and asked me if I was open to rescheduling. 1000sq-ft house, got the ducts, a/c and furnace cleaned. They charged us $845 by the end. Installed a filter we didnt ask for. Worked for maybe an hour. Complete scam.
