Service is always friendly and helpful
Ordered a large pepperoni pizza from big y in torrington. The guy ended up not making the pizza after we told him we would wait THE HOUR for it. Told us he thought we didnt want it.. After we told him clearly we were coming back for it. Very unsatisfied with this first time experiance we will never try to get pizza from big y again
