Worst customer service I have ever had. Could not get my car back. Went to the business and not open even though the hrs posted said they would be. Tried calling. Left voicemail messages and many texts with no response. Had to find a ride to work plus my work keys were on my key chain. Poor business management!!!

I called late on a Saturday relieved I found someone open. He couldn't answer whether he for sure could look at my truck on Sunday but said I could bring the truck in. I explained that my family of 4 made a commitment all day and i need to know if would for sure be able to look at it. He hung up on me. Saturday night the parts store and him were joking on the phone with me that he isn't busy. To be stuck and need to figure out how to fix the situation, the business was awful!!!!!!

Fixed my wheel bearing and advance trac sensor wire that was split, also new brakes on rear and new sway bar. Thanks a lot everything works good and appreciated you getting job done as quick as you could! Definitely would take my vehicle here again!!!
My car broke down on the highway outside of Kearney, NE while driving from New York to California on a Sunday, and Big Wrench was the only shop open. Lucky for me, Tim was extremely professional and immediately diagnosed the problem (melted thermostat housing) on my Mini Cooper. He drove my wife and my 2 dogs around to get a rental car so we could continue our trip to California and finished the job in a timely manner and had the car running great when I flew back to pick it up.
