I requested a quote to remove a tree from my front yard and to remove 2 very large branches from a tree in my backyard and to several smaller branches from the same tree. The main focus was, though, to remove the 2 largest branches. Justin quoted me $630 ($700 less a 10% off coupon). While I was at work, the crew called me at work and said they didn’t know which branches to remove. These guys really tore up my yard when they removed a tree. It was a very wet time of year and the equipment they used to haul away the branches caused 4 inch trenches in the yard and they plowed through established flower beds tearing up my drip system. They did nothing to protect the vegetation or landscape around the tree. --its going to cost hundreds to repair the damages....what a nightmare

I used Big Wood Tree Expert for trimming and removal of trees in my yard. Work was done well but invoice came in $396.00 over what was quoted for the job to be done.
