I was impressed that he contacted us as many businesses won't care much about customer satisfaction to that degree. We enjoyed our second visit much more. We order steak with loaded potatoes and green beans, wings, and spinach queso. We enjoyed most of it and it was a lot better than our first experience. RecommendedI have to say, after having a bad experience our first visit, we went back and was extremely happy with our service and the food. So glad to have a restaurant with so many excellent choices.
Just started working next to this location and i look forward to coming in for a quick lunch. I always sit at the bar with the super friendly Tony!
It's a shame I can't give less than 1 star. It took us almost an hour to get a child's plate of spaghetti in a restaurant less than half full from a waiter who couldn't even remember to bring back the water he took to refill. Will never return or recommend to anyone.
We love coming to Big Whiskeys!! Staff is friendly, food and service is great!! Manager Audrey Watkins is absolutely the BEST!!
Awesome service awesome food awesome atmosphere server was very attentive in making sure everything was good he split our bill 3 ways literally that was awesome
