RecommendedNormally the food is great as is the atmosphere. Tonight I was a member of a private party - it was a large group in the room upstairs. Our server, Scotty was wonderful and worked his tail off. The kitchen took over an hour to start getting food to our party. No one - not even the manager - helped him. Every time I go in to watch a game it’s never on where the TVs aren’t working. I’ve been regular there for several years and the service has gone way downhill. They never had the sound on even for the home Chiefs games. Today I asked several times if they would change it to the main ESPN channel because the other one was out on the TVs. When I come to a bar to watch the games for the experience I can watch a game at home but the experience and Big Whiskeys is horrible
Shelbie was our server tonight and she did a fantastic job,everything was perfect. Thank you for keeping such competent, and friendly staff.
Horrible!!! Still waiting after 1 hour of sitting. Drinks empty, wrong drinks.
Great place!!! Wonderful atmosphere and wonderful service!!! Food is awesome, as are the drinks!!!!
