We were ignored for 20 minutes, finally got someone to talk to us about buying a bike, but he was rude and unhelpful. They lost a sale and we found a new bike shop with much friendlier people down the street.

Poor customer service at the Arlington location. Misplaced my work order, didn't know if my bike was finished, not happy with the service. I got a response of "Sorry human error!" Less to be desire.
