He is a fraud! Do not use him! He does terrible work- wrong work- takes your money and runs! You never hear back from him! FRAUD! He doesn’t even deserve a rating of a 1!! Extremely disappointed!!!!

DO NOT USE BIG WALT’S!!! Walter Clepper scammed me out if $1,800! Hired him to move a small retaining wall. He ordered 230 blocks and 10 bags of pavestone. No pavestone was used and only 70 blocks. Plus the blocks arw just sitting on the ground not retaining anything. The whole job needs to be redone. I was out of town and didn’t see the results until I just got back. Now he won’t return my calls. DO NOT USE BIG WALT’S he is a scammer
