Yesterday (2nd March), I was looking for a woman's belt at BigW in Greenhills nsw. I had great customer service from staff member named Mark (who was positioned in the self-checkout section). He was able to guide me into the right section for what I was looking for. He was friendly, patient and professional, he just had a lovely manner about him, which made my experience enjoyable. He deserves a payrise!
