Ordered online for pick up in store, when I showed up and asked, they then sent an email cancelling the order. Very frustrating.
I cannot thank Natalia enough !! The best customer service I have experienced in a very very long time. It was Christmas Eve I did a click and collect not knowing it wouldn’t be possible to get the order in time before closure. I came in so overwhelmed and she made it happen. Thank you so so much !!
