Really nice staff, specially Jess working in the party section. She was great help.
really annoying that you need to pay for makeup in makeup area even when there’s a customer in front of you taking forever and you really need to rush off and the self checkouts are free
I was in Big W westfield a couple months ago and a young couple with a baby were shopping. As they went to leave the store a security person tried to stop them accusing of stealing. The young couple left the store and security followed and grabbed the baby pram. Disgraceful behaviour by staff to a young couple and their baby.
