Hey, I really like shopping at Big W, and I give it a 5 star rating purely because it's a great store and the staff are great. However ive read some of the reviews on here especially those saying the staff are rude and that the store is untidy. My views on these are quite different and to say the staff are rude is just ridiculous. Was good and easy to purchase
Good variety of children's toys and clothes and the price was very reasonable
I was very fortunate to meet Leigh at the service desk, who was absolutely fantastic and more than helpful! I was keen to find a specific Nintendo product which is meant to be a gift. She took my details and proactively followed up in a few days, when it was available. Now that's what you call service! Thank you so much Leigh ♥️
