They are very good with the your family pets, they give them the best care in town.
We left our lab here. She was sick for days when we picked her up covered in her own feces Her face was swollen and had open sores from pushing so hard threw the cage. We were not called or told she had been stressed. The vet did return our calls and was rude and had no information to offer. She has never been the same since. I would not recommend. I dont know what happened but thats not the same dog I dropped off.

I'm sorry this happend to your pup. Over at the Pet Resort we were not made aware of her illness when she returned home as the vet clinic did not discuss this with us. I'm not sure who your dog is but I would like to look into this matter further.

We left our pet with them in Apr/May and were very happy with the great care they took of her. So few places take care of pets other than a cat or dog. We plan to leave our pet with them everytime we go on vacation
Incredible staff. They all live animals and make it a special time for them. And if you have separation anxiety they will patiently take your calls and give you updates. Great experience! Have boarded them several times .
We love Big Valley and so do Monty and Milo. They are always so excited when we pull up!
After a bad experience at another boarding place in Poulsbo last summer, I was very hesitant to leave my boy. Last summer when we picked him up from a place with the initials AC, he had a skin infection, he was sick, he had barely eaten and had lost weight. He was completely fine when we had dropped him off there. He also didn't seem very happy when I picked him up. However, choosing Big Valley was the best decision!
