A wonderful place filled with caring staff, in the most gorgeous setting. I brought my timid rescue pup here, after so many great recommendations. The staff were all so warm and patient and my pup was showing her affectionate, happy self right away. I’m also impressed with how clean and lovely the facility is. She had a wonderful visit and will be back soon!
They took EXCEPTIONAL care of our 2 dogs and 2 guinea pigs! The entire staff is very professional and genuinely cares about taking care of the animals. I really do think that the dogs had a great stay. Thank you again to the entire team for taking such good care of our critters!
Awesome! Everyone there was so kind to my dogs, and myself! I’ve taken my dogs to a few other boarding places and have never been this satisfied with the care they received. I’m happy and I can tell they are happy too, and were well taken care of!
We were so pleased with the amount of care and patience provided for our 7 year old pup last week! As this was her first time boarding ever we were all so nervous about what her stay might be like, we love Big Valley and will always think to bring our pup back whenever needed! Thank you so much for taking care of Balto. It was clear when we showed up he was having fun playing and had been well taken care of while we were gone for the weekend.
They took AMAZING care of my two mini schnauzers while we were away for a day. We move a lot and it's so hard to find a place you can trust to take care of your pets when you can't take them with you. This was the first time they've been boarded here in poulsbo and I have never felt so comfortable having them be without us before. It is their home away from home for sure and we will definitely be going back!
