I had found this used vehicle on internet that was located at Big Valley Automotive. My friend and I drove there to check out the Explorer and I liked it. My new go to dealership. Even though i did not buy my Jeep at this location, Robert and Billy in the service department took care of me! After a few bad visits to a dealership in Clovis, I was driving to Lubbock for every oil change. Then I found BIG VALLEY, they got me in and did an oil change and tire rotation fast.
