I had a vague idea where the septic tank was...and was dead wrong. Like magic, Troy found it without any trouble. He didn't mind all of my questions, didn't mind coming out to the end of the earth and up a steep driveway to help me out, didn't mind the dog pestering him. Troy with Big T's Septic Service solved our septic tank issues in a timely, professional, and competent manner. I thought I needed the tank pumped. Troy discovered roots penetrating the cover and extending up the sewer line towards the house. He cleared the line and that took care of the problem.
