I had a plumber come out and they said my tank was full. My dad called his buddy and he come the same day and very quickly! My tank was not full, it was clogged. He got me taken care of quickly. If you have septic needs, call Troy! Very professional and gets the job done! So thankful for Troy getting here quickly and getting the job done!! 👍🏽

They were amazing! They showed up quickly, emptied the tank, and answered our questions since this is the first time we have had a septic tank. Would highly recommend them to anyone in Blount co! Reasonably priced also!
They came out and took care of our problem and the gentleman that came out was very friendly and helpful. We had originally called a Price Septic Service, but they couldn’t bother to return call like they said they would. Big T's Septic came out today and did another great job for us. Always fits us into the schedule and is very nice. Had a good conversation with our 5 year old daughter about starting school and even stayed to watch her do "bike tricks" in the driveway. ��
