Polite and helpful.
Took to long to get back and it was just a notice of them receiving my interest in vehicle and that it was still for sale.No other information .I messaged 2 weeks before hand with no reply's.

Low rating. Here's the thing for the 2002 Pontiac Sunfire, he said put down $1000 on a $1995 car and the finance will be 12 months for under $200???? How can that be when Im only suppose to finance $995. The total finance will be over $2000. I didn't ever call back after hearing that so I'm doing a buy here pay here method that works with improving your credit score
Dealer responded quickly by email and phone. I spoke to Lenny on the phone, I had missed his first call and he left me a detailed msg, nice guy very professional not pushy at all. We set up a tentative appointment he gave me all the details, offered financing and said he would even come in on his day off because that was the only day available to me. I found something with less milage and a decent price so I did not buy from Big T but when I spoke with Lenny again he was very nice about it and gave me is best regards.
