Excellent! Big Tree Specialists gave me the best estimate of the companies I called (four), were polite, stayed in touch, and even went beyond the items to which we had agreed. (I asked him only to haul away one tree in the front of the house, leaving the other three to save the hauling expense, but he hauled all of them away.)

This was a small job for this company, but it was important to us. They gave us a quote on the phone and called us a few days later to tell us when they would be in our area and could do the job. The crew performed the work exactly as we had requested. We didn't even have to be home!

This note is just to let you know how pleased we are with the work your crew did while working on our trees this week. The trees needed a great deal of trimming and they were in places that made it rather difficult to work on them, over a deck and over a garden area. Your men worked quickly, carefully, and skillfully. They also cleaned up everything when the job was finished!
