took my truck to have some work done,fix light socket, torque my lift kit, alignment and adjust my coils. Chad kept my truck for 4days total only fixed my head light and torqued my lift kit which took a total of 30 minutes.. I was there for the torqeuing 15 minutes..i gave Chad 100 deposit and when I picked up my truck in total frustration Chad charged me another 80 dollars. Return my 350.00 for a starter that was perfectly fine! Your tech did not fix the problem. The problem was finally fixed by Kelly Offutt and his team at Dearholt AutoCare! Their tech took the time to drive it awhile and when he returned to the shop it did what I explained to Chad....it didn't want to start. It was a simple fix! A loose connection underneath! Problem solved and it even took care of the delay while in reverse! As a business owner nothing ticks me off more than a charge for something that was not necessary........ read more
